Exchanges (Damaged Products Only)
We accept exchanges only if the product is damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for an exchange:

An unboxing video is mandatory (continuous video from unopened package to product)

The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Without an unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases (No Exchange / No Refund)
